Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the personal data that the user voluntarily provides:

  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Company, where indicated.
  • Content of the message sent.
  • Strictly necessary technical data, such as the page the message was sent from.

Purpose of processing

  • Handling the request or enquiry submitted through the form.
  • Contacting the user to respond to their request.
  • No automated decisions are made and no profiling is carried out using this data.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent, in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR, given by checking the acceptance box and submitting the form. The legitimate interest in responding to communications addressed to Keonus may also apply.

Data retention

We will retain the data for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where applicable, for the periods required by law. Once no longer necessary, it will be deleted applying appropriate security measures.

Recipients and processors

Form data is transmitted by email through the transactional email provider Resend (Resend, Inc.), which acts as data processor. Data is not shared with other third parties except where legally required. Where Resend processes data outside the European Economic Area, the appropriate corresponding safeguards will apply.

User rights

You can exercise your rights by writing to contact@keonus.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your national ID or equivalent identification document.

  • Access to your personal data.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure of data.
  • Restriction of or objection to processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdrawal of consent, without affecting prior processing.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

Security

Keonus adopts the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
